01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and xpbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at xpbet.app and all associated services, features, and content offered by xpbet. By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must register only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that would prohibit participation in online gambling at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.

03Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by xpbet, you must complete the registration process and create an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

xpbet may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously been subject to account suspension, bonus abuse findings, or multi-accounting restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is the bonus amount multiplied by the rollover multiplier specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• xpbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A promotion that has already been claimed and is actively in use will not be retroactively modified to the detriment of the player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day, and sports events such as BPL or ICC tournaments, may carry additional specific terms. Players should review the individual promotion page before opting in.

06Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

All bets placed on xpbet are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules shall take precedence.

General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed. xpbet will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where the platform determines a manifest error has occurred.
• xpbet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using incorrect odds, lines, or prices resulting from a technical or human error. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of xpbet, including in response to breaking news, match incidents, or data feed interruptions. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Players who believe their winnings have been incorrectly calculated should contact support within 48 hours of the relevant event settlement.

Dispute Resolution Process

• Any dispute relating to bets, winnings, account balances, or platform decisions must first be submitted to xpbet customer support via email. xpbet will acknowledge the dispute within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event or transaction giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
• xpbet's decision on any dispute is final and binding. By accepting these Terms, you agree that the platform's dispute resolution process constitutes the exclusive means of resolving disagreements with xpbet.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xpbet. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using xpbet as a vehicle for the transfer of illicit funds.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of games, bets, or bonus claims in a manner that constitutes fraud against xpbet or other users.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate an account registered in your name.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during the KYC verification process or at any other point when identity verification is requested.

08Responsible Gaming Obligations

xpbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a set of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge your awareness of these tools and your right to use them at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your xpbet account.
• Session time limits — configure automatic session time-outs to limit continuous play.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block access to xpbet. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

09Intellectual Property

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of xpbet.

The xpbet name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of xpbet. Unauthorised use of any xpbet trademark, including use in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials that could create confusion with the authentic xpbet brand, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xpbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if xpbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your inability to access or use the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Gambling losses resulting from your use of the platform, whether or not those losses were influenced by platform errors, provided that the error did not result from gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of xpbet.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from unauthorised access to your account that results from your own negligence.

11Account Suspension and Termination

xpbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, or has provided false information during the registration or KYC process.
• The account has been used in connection with a prohibited activity as defined in Section 07 of these Terms.
• xpbet is required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• The account holder requests voluntary closure of their account, including via a self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools or through customer support.

Upon closure of an account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and free-spin winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12Privacy and Data Protection

xpbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

xpbet will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. 13Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, submit a request to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. By using xpbet, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 06.
